Cases where a country sabotaged infrastructure, hacked into system, influenced elections, sewed discourse in society, supportes right wing parties in said country, killed people on foreign teritory (poisen, chemical, execution), invaded sovereign regions, hold referendums in their interest to annex parts of countries, commit war crimes …
