What’s that gonna be, 1 mbps? There is no way ISPs will just do that.
The article says the law requires 25 mpbs for 15 bucks and 200bps for 20 bucks.

I grew up on a 2400bps modem, those were the days.
Man, 25 is like nothing nowadays with everyone in the family having a smartphone. Maybe for a single person who only does Netflix?
Broadband as a label requires certain minimums in speed. That internet package is going to be a good deal. Wouldn’t be surprised if the ISPs find other ways to make it annoying though.
