Had a break up last week, and of course my dad who doesn’t live in the state nor even met them told me it’s probably because I’m broke.
It was a sad but not bad break up. We met again today for the exchange of things, and hugged and cried.
I’m still pissed he’d just pull that when I’m down.
I’m sorry you went through a breakup and then your dad had to go and say that. That’s completely uncalled for and untrue. I hope you can find some peace and maybe have a good cry if that’s needed.
I have a weeklong class this week with a certification at the end. I keep telling myself the company wouldn’t have picked me if they didn’t think I was capable. I’ve been trying to prepare for weeks and I got a 50% on the pretest Friday. So I guess I’m halfway there? I hope I get enough GOOD sleep this week so I can keep focused during the day.
