I hope anyone left behind is given safe passage to Ukraine or Russia, as they prefer.
Civilians should have the options while the conscripts have to haggle a bit more.
I know this won’t happen, but I would love a stream of russian heading north and northwest out of kursk, blocking the roads and making military movements impossible.
You’d have to bomb the city actively and it’s just bad form… unless their army is in there.
