Given the text on the display and the big skyscrapers in the background… High rises like this are relatively rare in Germany and the Frankfurt skyline is pretty well known for that reason. Shame we still don’t use anti glare glass though. Not quite as bad on trams but on trains I always battled with my anxiety on whether I can identify my train in time when it rushes into the station, and whether I may end up somewhere in Timbuktu by accident.
Recognising the Commerzbank tower in the background, I’d say yes, it’s Frankfurt am Main.
This is directly in front of the famous Paulskirche, where the first German parliament was located in 1848. This is definitely Frankfurt am Main.
