I haven’t had much Palestinian food but I should more! I looked up maftool and if I can find that kind of couscous I’ll definitely try it

Ive had a flatbresd with zaatar before that was really good. Also in the US they make pita chips with zaatar but I dont think they’re Palestinian inspired

You can find Palestinian maftool in Palestinian restaurants, and yes I think Zaatar pizza is inspired by Palestinian food, because Zaatar is very famous here.
