minus-squareUlrich@feddit.orglinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up0·2 months agoSure, it’s a great iGPU. That’s like saying it’s the fastest golf cart in a Top Fuel race. It doesn’t matter.
minus-squareCorgana@startrek.websitelinkfedilinkarrow-up0·2 months agoNot true anymore actually, the AI Max 395 is basically on par with a 4060.
minus-squareUlrich@feddit.orglinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up0·2 months agoYes it is. The 4060 is a bottom-tier last-gen card.
minus-squareJumuta@sh.itjust.workslinkfedilinkarrow-up0·edit-22 months agothe fps numbers from the event make it seem to be around the 6700xt/6800xt level of performance (ofc marketing so it’s prolly a bit lower but still), iGPs these days are not what you remember from 5 years ago
minus-squareUlrich@feddit.orglinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up0·2 months agoI am not remembering anything. I looked at the numbers they posted. They’re not impressive as compared to a dedicated GPU.
minus-squareJumuta@sh.itjust.workslinkfedilinkarrow-up0·2 months agois 6700xt level performance not impressive?
minus-squareUlrich@feddit.orglinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up0·edit-22 months agoNot for $1200 in 2025, no. Especially when it’s not repairable or upgradeable.
minus-squareJumuta@sh.itjust.workslinkfedilinkarrow-up0·2 months agoyeah it makes no sense pricing wise for gaming, the performance is there though
