I was wondering if anybody knew of a hydration pack like a camelback that was made in Canada or at least by canadian owned companies

I just discovered MEC has a search filter on their site for made in Canada. Unfortunately none of their hydration packs are.
MEC itself is no longer owned domestically, I seem to recall. Didn’t an American VC buy it when it got sold out from under the members?
