10x is much stricter then what most people would expect.

    What happens if someone doesn’t have income, but is still rich?

    Caveats will always exist, no matter how elaborately one words a law.

      Absolutely but we need to move in the right direction. A 10k rupee DUI fine for someone making 5 lakhs a month is hardly a deterrent.
