Judge says Gardner Edgerton district ‘overreacted’ in barring mom after viral Libs of TikTok post

A judge’s order allows a mother of two children in the Gardner Edgerton district to once again go to school property and events, after the district barred her for sharing photos of a classroom with a social media account known for posting inflammatory messages.

A Trumper Karen trespasses onto their kids school to take pictures of a innocuous Gay-Straight alliance flyer and post online. They were banned from the premises but now they’re allowed back because the district caved in. This same lady has caused some books to be banned in the same district.

    At Thursday’s hearing, Melgren said he was “puzzled” by Huff’s letter. Schmidt, the judge pointed out, had not had direct contact with the teacher whose classroom she took photos of, and he said he had seen no evidence showing her intention to bully the teacher.

    Fuck this judge. Apparently if someone took a picture of the judge’s car, said who the judge was, and that he should be disbarred it wouldn’t count as bullying the judge because it doesn’t involve direct contact nor is it evidence of intention to bully.
