TLDR: TSA Collective Bargaining under attack by 2nd trump administration. Most TSA employees voted trump. (I retract this statement. While the American Federation of Government Employees, who represents TSA workers, endorsed Harris, TSA is very similar to law enforcement and it’s logical to assume that they lean towards trump. But I haven’t seen a direct source for it, so this is just my own speculation)

Unions typically endorse democrats, the actual workers usually vote Republican. It’s pretty common.
Gotta disagree. There are far too many union members voting Republican, but they are still a minority.
Political affiliation in the US aligns with level of education.
The TSA employs dropouts, it’s a jobs program that exists to keep its employees off the streets.
This is, at least somewhat hilarious/ leapord eat face, because of all the federal workers I’ve ever interacted with, TSA agents, for whatever reason, have consistently been the most MAGA/ pro-Trump of the lot.
To the point where when I was traveling near the election, they were actively dropping coded language to clearly pro-MAGA passengers.
