During one incident, a driver was arrested for OWI, and the driver’s friends arrived at the scene to pick him up. The driver of that vehicle had a blood alcohol content of more than double the legal limit, and was arrested for OWI as well.

    I can’t wait until his license gets suspended, and then he shows up at court for his hearing and slips up and mentions that he drove himself to the courthouse.
