thats understandable… if you think this is the scariest thing that happened to the bike while being transported you’ve never spoken in detail to baggage handlers. there isn’t exactly a rigorous intelligence test or an “actually give a shit” test you need to pass to get the job.
just to say, the arrows you drew on the box are pretty faint (not that you should have to do it at all)
It is printed on it and I don’t understand why this happened - you have the handles which are the best way to handle it.
i know, i know, the handles would be enough for most folks… and all the text… this has gone into the “I do not give a shit” category I think…
this other person in this thread is insisting that the workers are fully competent and dutiful, and the only reason this has happened is because the management pushes them to work beyond what could be considered reasonable (which is essentially certainly also true, but I don’t believe is the sole cause of bags getting fucked from five feet away upside down)
