My partner did some looking into it and apparently FairLife and Horizon Organics are the ones to use. They are both ultra-pasteurized. From what I remember of our conversation, FairLife also conducts 3rd party quality testing. So I think we will be switching to FairLife.
For cheese, I am not sure what we will do. We usually buy the blocks from Costco but I’m not sure we will continue to do so.
