I have a small zigbee (mini-z1-3ch ) relay module having a ribbon with tiny wires I’m planning to connect to push buttons.

I don’t have proper connectors for small wires like that and I’m not sure what’s appropriate. Maybe someone here would have a suggestion ?

Might want to check a homeassistant community as well.

I’m guessing your not referring to the screw terminals, because those should have mains voltages in them?

The ribbon that I could see looks like fairly standard gauge DuPont wires, which you can get from Aliexpress (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004647016228.html)

Otherwise, if you need smaller, worth looking at enamel wire. You can get it in lots of sizes, including very fine. Its covered in enamel, so safeish (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000580738993.html)

The biggest drawback is that its fiddly and not colour coded, you’ll want tweezers to help hold while soldering.

Thanks for answering. Actual wiring is not an issue, I’ve found 0.5mm² automotive wiring in 10m length but it’s more about what kind of connector (like wago but for tiny wiring) I’m not sure.

Bonus would be something that fits a din rail, but that’s totally optional

You can use most of the connectors you would use for bigger wires. Wago lever nuts are rated for conductors as small as 0.14 mm².

If you want something to fit a din rail, standard terminal blocks (something like this) should also work.
