Generally, PSA levels are higher in men with metastatic prostate cancer. However, in rare cases, it’s possible to have a low PSA even if a patient has metastatic disease. For these patients, disease progression is better measured in other ways, such as through imaging tests and biomarker tools.

Approximately 80 percent to 85 percent of all prostate cancers are detected in the local or regional stages, which represent stages I, II and III. Therefore, 15-20% of prostate cancers are detected at Stage IV.

As always, corruption and cover-up is totally possible. But never believe anything these fuckers say, for any reason. Ever. Especially when you can see the obvious bad faith in front of your eyes.

They’re not telling you anything because they want you to know the truth. They’re telling you because they want you to look away. Look back, and realize we have more important things to deal with.

If he had his diagnosis while in office they would have given him treatments and probably a surgery, they wouldn’t have delayed it, the original message is pretty freaking dumb…

That isn’t necessarily true. He might not have had any surgery even with a diagnosis. My grandfather who passed away recently had this. There was a mass detected in his prostate very early. He was on a catheter for five months prior to his passing. He kept attempting water test to get off the catheter. He stubbornly asked a lot about surgery for the mass but none of the doctors he saw ever said it was safe. They literally had nothing they could do. Nothing to indicate the mass was causing his symptoms. The surgery itself cared a risk of death. They had nothing to operate for.

Just because this man was POTUS, does not mean during any stage which this cancer had been detected could surgery be afforded. Sometimes there is nothing to operate on. If this diagnosis was during his term, that doesn’t mean he would have had a surgery that got covered up.
