i think the problem is that some people say “small town” and mean 10k people, others say “small town” and mean 10 people

like yeah 10 people in the middle of wyoming are gonna need cars, not that i know why the fuck they’d want to live there, but whatever

but any place with 10k people living within 5km of each other should unquestioningly have at least some genuinely usable bus lines to nearby towns/cities.
