It’s not as entirely clear about the condition of his cat on arrival as I’d like. Hopefully he’s gonna be happy and eat fresh fish. And pizza with spam.

It’s a cat. They’re carnivores.
Not just carnivores, they are obligate carnivores. You can feed a cat some fruits and veggies. They’ll happily eat them. They don’t digest them, and will starve to death with a full belly if you don’t feed them meat.
Fact: carnivorous can eat vegan. Just gotta give them enzymes and supplents already found in shitty store bought cat food
Fact: If you try to force veganism on a cat, you are committing animal abuse.
