Speaking at a press conference in Singapore ahead of the Shangri-La Dialogue security conference, French President Emmanuel Macron said that recognising a Palestinian state was a moral duty as well as a political necessity. Macron called on European countries to harden their stance on Israel unless the humanitarian crisis in the ravaged Gaza Strip improved.

    Well, stop talking and start doing. Nothing is preventing you from it.

    So far France has been one of the countries providing significant diplomatic cover. Among other things allowing Netanyahu to use French airspace, despite being sought with an international arrest warrant for war crimes.

        The plan, just put forward, is to relocate them to libya and jordan. That’s why their tune is changing, they know they won’t stay there.
