We outside of the US didn’t even have any say in the elections and are subjected to your constant, and I mean constant political shit.
It’s all so tiring

And then you look for a community devoted to your hobbies and the most recent post is from a year ago.
Use an app that allows blocking posts by keyword, like Voyager.
This is my list of keywords that keeps me sane while browsing lemmy:
I do the same. I still get a ton of posts like this don’t include any relevant key words and still are about musk or trump. It’s impossible to escape.
Its absolutely impossible to be on Lemmy and avoid political post even with keyword filters because keywords don’t filter on meme content, usually.
Block .world and the feed is massively better
