Yes, it is an inflatable raft, you can lie down and sit on it. And it is shaped to cover your head from the sun.

It looks like a big inflatable wheel. Idk if it’s supposed to go on its side like that, but maybe it’s like a floating hamster wheel? Like you can “roll” around on the water or something maybe.
