INDIANAPOLIS — Senator and Indiana Gubernatorial candidate Mike Braun reportedly missed a spending package vote early Saturday morning.

Braun’s officials also reported that he had a seat on a 9:35 p.m. flight to Washington D.C. The team added that Braun decided to skip the flight and stay in Indiana because no votes were scheduled at the time.

Personal thought: regardless of why I missed a job requirement outside of emergencies, I don’t think my employer would be happy. We are his employer, and personally, I’m not happy.

As a member of Congress, you get life time benefits for a single term of service. The least you could do is fulfill all the tedious requirements of the role.

This guy says he wants to be the most reachable public official as governor…guess I need to look for that contact page.

He doesn’t care. He’s lazy. And yet I guarantee you there are enough assholes in this state to vote him into the governor’s seat.
