It’s from r/mapporncirclejerk, so I don’t think it’s necessarily made by a chud as it’s a clear parody of what chuds believe. It’s likely that the map maker included whatever left-wing and vaguely left-wing names to throw in the mix to maximize the troll potential.

OK, I think it’s hard to tell sometimes what’s real chud stuff and what’s a parody, but they did a good job of including things they’d be mad about.
(one big clue is that I doubt an actual chud would ever acknowledge the Nakba or even know about it)
Ya there are some pretty big clues, like some communist jokes I don’t think a chud would even know about it.
