    @Intrepidtron “The tavern has Heritage Property Designation, protecting it from demolition.”

    That’s good, anyway. Hopefully that doesn’t mean they get to not tear it down but turn it into condos.

      It’s still probably going to become something completely different. Another Cactus Club perhaps.
