It says it in the message. They have received a lawful request from a country to block access to that subreddit.
From memory Russia blocked reddit for a while because there was a post in /r/drugs with laid out steps how to make a particular drug. Reddit only got unblocked because they blocked access to /r/drugs from Russia. After the incident the person who made the post that got reddit in hot water did a TIFU post about it.
