A basic public service is disappearing from our communities for various reasons. It's a problem with no sign of relief.

    Right but the article was talking about CO which does have police around

    While I agree with it being challenging and an especially tough problem for rural areas, it doesn’t change the fact that what’s currently implemented isn’t working sadly.
