This reminded me of myself age 8-9 when I would get stressed if I didn’t “undo” any rotations of my body, or rounds around a table. Quite to the annoyance of my teachers and parents. Did anyone else have a phase similar to this?

I still have a phase like this with exercises, if I do one on the right, I have to do the exact same number on the left. If I get interrupted, it feels uncomfortable
I do it too, to try and balance my muscle strength.
Pro tip: wiggle away uneasy encounters you’ve had during the day. Foot wiggles to start, then a re-solidifying final full body wiggle before sleep.
