Lol really you can’t find any evidence that ADHD is cleared up by healthy eating and exercise when it’s one of the number one techniques used by clinicians other than medication? You are just a google bot

Yeah what you said is what people say when they get caught in their bullshit. “The evidence is totally out there bro you can totally find it”.

You have no proof about your fringe claims about ADHD and aphantasia, and what apparently causes them. You cannot prove anything so now you’re cowering behind “it’s totally real” when you have nothing. You haven’t even stated a single source, despite claiming you have so many sources.

Where is your research? Where is your source? You’re an internet loser talking out of his ass trying to discredit the entirety of modern neurology research.

People with ADHD see an improvement in their life when incorporating excercise and healthier eating, as all people do, and they generally reduce stress caused by symptoms, but there are plenty of healthy people and MANY athletes who have ADHD (and aphantasia) as well.

I do, I am webmaster for a site that’s published quite a lot of critical stuff, but I don’t really want to listen to your thoughts on what’s deemed “antipsychiatry” considering you’re an incurious bot of a man who only reposts the top links from google

I do, I am webmaster for a site that’s published quite a lot of critical stuff

Translation: I host an anti-science blog website.

but I don’t really want to listen to your thoughts on what’s deemed “antipsychiatry” considering you’re an incurious bot of a man who only reposts the top links from google

“MUHHHH I’M GONNA KEEP REPEATING OVER AND OVER AGAIN THAT YOU USE GOOGLE AND MAKE FALSE CLAIMS WITH NO EVIDENCE!!!” – you.

You have no evidence. You will never have evidence. You’re just being a crybaby and throwing a fit since you’re very clearly wrong and can’t find experts in the field who agree with you.

Scientists prove science wrong, not random losers on the internet. You’d think you’d be able to find actual scientists saying that there’s no evidence for aphantasia when it comes to papers with hundreds of citations, but I guess the best you have is saying there’s not enough data for your tastes and pretending you know better than modern scientists?

It’s not an anti-science blog lol. I’ve only written 2 of the articles, I let the PhDs do the posting! I don’t just blindly repeat whatever studies I see like you, and I’m not going to keep repeating myself over you, you manchild.

The point of my initial comment was to recommend to you something which helped me with the same issue. It’s not some kind of thing that’s neurologically stamped into your brain, but I’m sure they’ll go on a goose chase for the “aphantasia gene” next.

I tried to tell you how you can fix your “aphantasia”, the proof is in the pudding. You certainly didn’t claim to be doing any of the healthy behaviors I mentioned.

Remember, I was trying to help you with your fake personality test disease? Worked for me. You’re afraid to try it, aren’t you?

I have not once mentioned personality tests you troglodyte.

You know what buddy, let’s say you ARE right and the solutions you posted ARE a cure to ADHD. How do you explain healthy people, like athletes and a lot of nutritionalists who are fit, who have ADHD and, despite being fit & eating well, still suffer symptoms of the disorder and may participate in therapy for it or take medication for it? Do those people not exist to you, or let me guess, you’re gonna say they’re faking it?

Michael Phelps has ADHD, and is the most decorated Olympian of all time. He has talked about ADHD quite a lot. Michelle Carter, Terry Bradshaw, Kevin Garnett. All legends in the sport. And these are just the household names, multiple studies put the prevalence of ADHD in college athletics/professional athletics as higher than in non-athletes of the same demographics.

You have so far not actually provided evidence for your assertions, and your false claims fly in the face of actual reality. You can’t actually muster up anything that says exercise and healthy eating cures ADHD because it’s just not true.

The comparison to personality tests is derogatory, as is the comparison to mood rings and MBTI tests. You’re like the kids on tiktok who diagnose themselves with autism and participate in self-reporting studies.

HAHAHAHAHAH you sound exactly like MBTI freaks. “Kim Kardashian is an ENFP! I believe MLK was an INTJ!” seriously go look up “famous/historical figures mbti” that’s where the comparison is coming from. You’re not being put on trial, you neurotic mess! I’m trying to clarify your “misunderstandings” which are painfully annoying attempts to create gotchas

You have no evidence or actual science backing your claims so you’re resorting to having an outburst and using emotion in place of science. You have yet to even mention a single real source, and you have the audacity to say I’m the one without evidence. lol

You literally asked for rates of diagnosis and I provided them. If you want to argue to neuroscience/psychiatry professionals that they’re wrong then go ahead, but so far your stance is just “I know better than science”.

No the recovery clinic website you posted is obviously Chatgpt generated cobbled together from different sources like you mentioned. Shows how frantic you are to use any source you can find. Just because a lasagna recipe is ai generated doesn’t mean lasagna doesn’t exist.

Histrionic personality disorder is hardly ever diagnosed anymore, it used to be wayyy higher especially on the side of women. Do you not have any background on the history of institutional psychiatry at all?

Buddy, you are literally angry I told you this “condition” isn’t anything like a real mental disorder, let alone one that requires medical attention. Neither is ADHD. Schizophrenia and autism are quite real. This other stuff is pathologizing people’s reactions to unnatural stressors and sensory conditions.

Try it, use a sleep timer and get off the computer earlier. Go hiking. Eat more potassium, zinc, magnesium, b12 especially. Your “aphantasia” will go away.

You’re the butthurt one begging for some kind of hyperlink posting contest.

I’m sorry but you’re weird and delusional, you freak. Apparently your denial of neuroscience has led you into a downward spiral into severe mental illness. You need serious psychiatric help for your fucked up brain.

I’ve lost all interest in lecturing you. Goodbye, internet loser.

Yes, keep lecturing me on how you’re just stuck with an inability to focus on things or visualize clearly. There’s nothing you can do about it. Keep being lazy. Don’t go hiking! Stay indoors! Look at the computer all night. You seem American, isn’t it like 5am for you?
