Video appears to show an explosion set off by federal agents as they entered a Huntington Park home in an early morning law enforcement operation that startled a woman who was inside the house with her two young children.

Escalation to “justify” killing him. There probably were too many witnesses with cameras at the car accident.
Nor do they justify the armored personnel carrier… Talk about over the top. Obviously intentionally over the top to intimidate.
And all they ever accomplish when trying to show force is to look like scared little bitches.
The justification is intimidation.
