I don’t see anywhere on their site if it can do threads as well as spaces. I need both, and I’d love to move away from Element/Schildichat.
Looks like an alternative to Cinny. Stealing Discord’s is probably the best way to make a chat client right now.
I’m not opposed to more Discord clones, but with how incomplete most Matrix clients are, I do wish people with aligned goals would work together to make clients like these feature complete.
Well, it’s hard for Cinny and Commet devs to work together since they use different tech stacks. Also, Cinny tries to improve Discordian looks whilst Commet is more of a full clone
