I’m not sure calling somebody stupid is a clever comeback.
Good thing she didn’t say stupid, which refers to intelligence. She said moron, which refers to behavior.

Elon musk absolutely is a moron, but calling him a moron on the internet is not a clever comeback.
Truthful things don’t need to be clever to be well-timed and appropriate.
