No one is asking hard questions about the Madison school district’s performance even as it is going to referendum to add an additional $1,300 on tax bills by 2028.

    Mayor Dave makes some good points. I had the same issue with the ramp price increases — there’s a false sense of urgency which pushes page large proposals through with little debate.
