They will. Persecuting trans people is the test run for persecuting the rest of the lgbtq+ community. That’s why we need to delegitimize the court and introduce reforms.

People like this AG is exactly why conservatism doesn’t make sense. What values and traditions are you trying to preserve? Based on what ideology? It’s insane to expect everyone in your house to believe the same world origin myth as you do, let alone entire fucking countries.

Someone like this AG has worked hard to become who she is, and to the best of her capabilities she works hard to uphold ideals which we aspire to as a community. People like her are worth protecting and “conserving”. Not religions or myths. She is the embodiment of family values, her tradition is human rights.

I sincerely wish people would reject conservative or centrist ideologies when it comes to human rights.

The values and traditions they are trying to preserve are having an aristocratic class that is above the laboring classes and above the law as well.

Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect. Frank Wilhoit

Lol no. Take a look at what the corporate tax rate was in 1950. And the marginal tax rate for the highest bracket of individual earners. That shit will never come back as long as Republicans hold any power.

      They want neo-feudalism.

More like taking us back to 2002 when homosexuality was illegal, the government had the Patriot Act to spy on its citizens, and the tax rates for the upper class were low.
