Fair enough. I was thinking about 2022 with the loss to Marshall (maybe not fair to judge a coach in their first year). You might be right about last week’s game being fool’s gold. Shades of the 2016 Texas-ND game where both of us had a terrible year.
Classic Freeman. Play down to the competition. Im not sure he is gonna turn it around. He’s been in it this long he should be able to win this with some kind of ease, or at least win.
And like last year or that year before beating Duke at the last second. We just can’t play week in, week out. Always a stumble against a team we should beat.
