Anger with no direction often turns inward. That’s they are afraid to stop hating “the other”. Without direction, all that hate will be focused on themselves.

It’s hard to accept you’re wrong. It’s easier to point at something to hate then it is to admit that we have been depriving our fellow citizens of basic necessities for the benefit of a select few that they are not a part of.
