Its 100% a scapegoat because there is no fucking way in hell they don’t use the term “mental illness” without thinking either. A) They need to bootstrap themselves out of mental illness B) Something Something Euthanize Something Because they are 100% uninterested in fixing stuff, its just a shell game of placing blame elsewhere and doing nothing about anything ever.
