It really is the best, I dislike overly sunny days so much, it can be a warmer temperature, but it has to be cloudy.

Same! I prefer cooler weather over warm. I called the picture silent hill but I do genuinely enjoy the fog and calm eeriness, if that makes sense.

i too am very hot blooded and prefer the cool but i lived in Columbus Ohio for a time and the near constant overcast and rainy weather is enough to drive me to the brink… or maybe that, mixed with just being in Ohio…
