    Please remember that this is the fault of the megacorp and not the employee who never received adequate training.

      I worked at lowes for a bit. In the paint department. How it works is one person is in charge of each different department. One head for plumbing one for hardware etc. What i found was that person was very very knowledgeable of their respective department, the 6 others working in that department essentially to stock shelves mix, paint cut lumber etc didn’t know fuck all. Like we could our department running but if you had a specific question then usually only the department head could help the customer, however the department was always in trainings or meetings so it was just a bunch of young folks that weren’t trained properly to help.

      I called in and quit one day cause ou vs Texas was tgat night and I hated every waking moment in that he’ll hole

      Totally agree. Also they let go the grey beards that have all the knowledge in favor of min wage kids with zero experience. This is a management/greed issue as with most companies.
