Russia tested new hypersonic missile in Ukraine strike, says Putin

Vladimir Putin has tested a new hypersonic missile by firing it at Ukraine as he identified Britain as a legitimate target for the Russian military.

Supposedly, an RS-26 was launched from Astrakhan and targeted at infrastructure in Dnipro.
