Democratic strategists are still patting themselves on the back for a catastrophic defeat.

        Insulting term for Joe Biden.

The House and Senate have rules of decorum about not using insults. So they have covert insults they use. Honourable and estimed are examples of these insults.

If you watch any cspan you will notice those terms are always used for members of the other party.

(I’ll help ya, “let’s go Brandon” refers to a chant at a NASCAR race of “fuck Joe Biden,” to which a newscaster covering the event tried to be slick and say was actually “let’s go Brandon,” as one of the racists drivers in the race’s names was Brandon, and then in response it became a meme mostly for the right/republicans. I’m personally surprised to see it being referenced above, as most people have spent the last few years decrying it as a nazi dogwhistle, but I’m curious to see if it now widens in popularity as people start to admit they never liked Biden either.)

Sorry to have caught you in my being obnoxious!

I know what it means it’s just silly to me that people with BIG, STRONG opinions cower at saying his name.

I think it’s more referencing/implying the “fuck him” part through a meme than “cowering,” like covefe with the added IRL context of the “typo” like incident.
