Although this is run by the govt, so by definition it’s systemic. In any case, there hasn’t been a study (afaik), so we have no idea just how widespread the abuse is
Those are anecdotes about people regretting their political choices. There isn’t any indication from your original BBC link that recipients of MAiD regretted their political choices. It mentions Sophia, but there’s no evidence that her chemical sensitivity or problems finding housing had anything to do with her political support.
So far, this post hasn’t provided evidence that MAiD is being misused, or leopard face eating.

Median age being 77 objectively means there isnt widespread abuse. That’s about the life expectancy of Canada.
