1. The “squatter”(Johnson) was related to a previously evicted tenant’s partner.
2. Hale forced her way onto the property *and had previous knowledge that Johnson was there, this wasn’t a “squatter breaks into home”
3. Hale had started the process to legally evict Johnson but decided to go do it herself and not wait for the judge to sign the official order.
