This CD was in my binder but I can’t seem to find it anywhere via search. Any ideas?

Just like the others I couldn’t find the band behind that, but maybe HillHouse Records is a lead worth pursuing.
Quick search turned up this page with some info.

Also, checking Facebook might be an idea, maybe they have a page there.
I found an inactive business records for HillHouse Records from 2004 in Minnesota which seems more likely.
