it will come with time as long as it’s not more self degrading Intel hardware that will lose performance by merely existing.

I’m not a native speaker and quite out of practice but I would lean towards the first translation being more correct. The second doesn’t seem wrong but would be spoken with different pacing for me to interpret it like that and not be confused. I’ve actually had someone ask about me that way (iirc, 8+ years ago), but it was a group discussion and it was used to ask a question that had already been asked of another person, and then continue to ask questions without further specifying me as the subject by name. Native speakers leave out the subject way too much and its confusing as fuck and it may have been said that way intentionally for those of us who were not.
dyisland brakes
or pigeon whistle at all
I mean we just got the info on the cups one where you execute arbitrary code by trying to print
This is a high quality meme
my first thought was: More injuries among people doing activity that is seeing more people take up said activity? Didn’t see that coming.
damn. that’s a pretty shit one.
Everything that people try to convince me is good about it just feels so counter intuitive. It also looks like it should be touch friendly, but I tried it on steam deck and it just absolutely wasn’t. We have decades of touch interface design on phones and tablets yet somehow it’s worse than the flop tablets that came before ipad. But to each their own I suppose. Some people absolutely love it and it works for them. That’s a big part of open source computing, one can chose the desktop environment with the most unlikeable devs if it makes them happy.
Anyway spin up a vm when you get a chance and try it. Try all of them if you can find the time. I find a lot of them kinda nostalgic and I really like tiling wm’s for feeling like a power nerd and making my computer completely unusable to my friends. Mostly I just use kde though.
I installed it just to see if maybe I was wrong about gnome being shit and even if it still is maybe vanilla is good enough to put up with it. I never fucking learn.
it was the socket that I needed but it was recmended to me after viewing that. It seems to be referred to as contact connector on ali. I swear I tried almost every other word in the listings that never showed up until I searched “ps4 contact connector”. Now if I search other terms again they show up. I don’t get how ali search works.
damn I wish I knew about this and downloaded it in advance
just wrong gear for the slope level, not downshiftitng before a stop, etc. comes with old age or something I dunno…
I haven’t tried any of the automatic shifters yet so I cant comment on the dollar value, but to this day I still fuck up my shift timing or choices and pay for it in my knees or scary gear and chain sounds. If any become available at local shops for testing I will at least try it.
Have any youtubers or such done a teardown? This seems tempting but I’m concerned about what ways it could be expected to break in, and how user repairable it is. Also specifically requiring an Iphone for the face scan is a bit tedious since I haven’t used one since the original model and I don’t know anyone that has a new enough model.
oh that’s another nostalgic thing. do you mean the method that would bridge your lan to other players and you could do local matches over the internet? I remember doing that on the original hardware and also playing halo 2 with a bunch of friends every lunch break. Bowl noodles, a sandwich, and halo 2 until 5 min to the bell and we would sprint down the street back to class.
Why is this a surprise to anyone?
suing over an amended patent is utter bullshit. get fucked nintendo.
I love this kind of project. I haven’t played much of those games but I lost my shit when demon souls network features became available for ps3 emu. I hope to see more network replacement in the future so we can all have that nostalgia hit in retirement or deathbed(this will be me) even if the original servers are down.
So this requires some kind of existing tracking software? Are there existing FOSS options for that part?
My current job doesn’t need time tracking (yet?, some of my work is for the sister company) but a job I worked before had us clock in and out for specific projects on a computer, but the subscription ended and we were using a UI glitch to continue using it and literally cheat engine to make it still export the files for the office to use.
I guess shattered horizon was already taken and dead…
