oh I learned from a video, that I watched. it was just putting olive oil, and then a diced shallot and some minced garlic cloves. then with black pepper and one of those small bottles of italian seasoning, and salt, for at least five minutes. then put in the crushed tomatoes, except the store didn’t have tomatoes when I went. and instead I used one of those canned san marzano peeled ones? and crushed them by hand. then put them in. I was also suppose to use basil to sometime after the tomatoes? but I also couldn’t find that at the store. and then I put more salt in. and let that go for at least twenty more minutes while making the other stuff

I made homemade pasta sauce for the first time and it really good along with spaghetti. I also made garlic bread.
