Lead’s not THAT toxic. It’s not like mercury, where it seeps into your skin. You can handle lead pretty safely, just don’t ingest it or lick your fingers afterwards. And even then, it takes a lot.

Some people genuinely do not pay attention to current affairs until ten seconds before election day, and then get flustered by the competing narratives. That’s an option too.

I’ve seen her get flustered by enough softball questions to have no faith in her ability to persuade the electorate of her competence, regardless of whether she is competent or not.

Harris is the most viable option, but she’s also less charismatic than Biden, and is a “Monkey’s Paw” style answer to those on the left calling for a non-Biden candidate.
