Nioh 2 is only of 50% but it’s my favourite game. It has the bonfire + bloodstain mechanics but the gameplay is a lot more ninja gaiden than souls. You don’t need to pay nioh 1 to play 2. I actually never played 1 despite 2 being my favourite because i couldn’t be bothered to be forced into the role of Geraldo of Nippon

Tried it for a bit but it’s very repetitive. There’s only about 7 enemies that just get re-skinmed for different areas. The bosses are ok. The movement feels like DkS2

It took me a bit because of the reading order. I tried right, left, right left first but it’s all right then all left. Makes a lot more sense that way
