He just doesn’t seem smart enough to engineer the first two options unless someone else is doing all the thinking for him (which seems entirely possible).

I just moved. The number of companies where I had to argue with an AI phone system that refused to let me speak to an actual person in the past month is more than 10. I’m sure that made costs cheaper, but I know that made their value go down to me.

Hallmark of brainwashing. Bypass critical thinking with vague statements of the outsiders “evil”, but keeps followers from actually thinking about what they are saying with those statements.

I don’t know about anybody else’s state, but my state was gerrymandered to extremes. I agree that there are a lot of voters who need to do their jobs, but there’s a lot of underhandedness going on to make sure voters have less power.
