Yeah, I’m a cinematography and logistics nerd. I am fascinated by just how they do things in film a lot and Nolan is great for that.
And the music was great, I did not mind that it was too loud!
I think the big issue was the dialogue was too low a lot of the time.
Can’t help but notice that while you’re complaining about the lack of content, you haven’t posted any to help add some. And no, we aren’t removing posts currently for not being tagged.
With you on both. Although, I gotta be in the mood for Wes Anderson sometimes. I love his movies, but if I’m not in the mood, I find I don’t enjoy them as much, even on rewatch.
Nolan is always amazing to me. Audio issues aside, I enjoyed Tenet more than most, as well.
Yeah, it was fine but as an Asian American, the name bothered me. I dunno why they didn’t just call it “The Kung Fu Kid” and market it as a spiritual successor.
So you didn’t quote the part where I said I was just looking for clarification, and not attacking.
Why would I quote the part I’m not responding to? And it’s not like your comment is hidden. It’s right above my comment for anyone to see…
Does it mean it’s not either. I’m making the assumption that they’re going to announce days beforehand so their base knows what they’re voting for.
Yep, you’re making assumptions. This is also not like an election. There’s no 'base" to tell. The people that vote will be told what they need internally.
Because writers never ask questions of spokespersons, either on or off the record, and get information that’s accurate that they would put in their story, right?
Yes, they ask questions and the spokesperson tells them what they need/want to. And off the record wouldn’t be published. What are you not understanding?
I was just trying to find out if you were some kind of insider who knew what you were speaking about, to learn something new and different about the subject being discussed. I wasn’t trying to publicly embarrass you, was just seeing that what you were saying was different than what the article was saying.
If you were trying to learn something new, you wouldn’t be trying to prove people wrong with your comments. Come on, man.
I mean that’s what you said, which just seemed the contradict what was said in the story, …
But it doesn’t, though. The article says the details will likely emerge. Again, that doesn’t mean announced or released by SAG-AFTRA. The writer of the article is not a spokesperson for SAG-AFTRA.
, so I mentioned that in the hope that you would elaborate on that, by either saying you’re incorrect, or that the story was incorrect for some reason.
Exactly, you’re looking to win an argument. Neither what I said nor the article are incorrect. They are different statements.
You just want to argue, don’t you? They never announce the details right away. The details may come out but the official announcement won’t be until after it’s finalized. Same thing happened with the writers strike. The article says the details may emerge, not be officially announced.
It’s only the tentative agreement. This is how it goes every time. Once they finalize it and all everyone has signed, then they will release the details. It could still be reversed at this stage.
Oh fantastic movie. I love weird, surreal stuff like that.
I just watched Possession for the first time recently and was blown away. No idea how I never heard of it before. It just sucks you in.
I watched this a couple years ago. I remember it being pretty decent.
I still rewatch Event Horizon like once a year. It really doesn’t hold up all that well, but it’s a classic that I loved as a kid. I wish Paul W.S. Anderson would do more like it instead of a million terrible movies starring his wife.
Smile was better than I was expecting. It wasn’t great, but a lot of cool, creepy imagery kept me interested.
And The Wailing is something every horror fan should see. It’s so good. Korean Horror is almost always worth a watch.
I dunno if it’s changed, someone correct me if so, but I remember reading you shouldn’t do that because they can’t get the oil off and it affects them a lot in their daily lives. Mostly makes them easier to kill. But I guess depends on your feelings on squirrels too.
Good lord, what an inconsiderate asshole
Jesus, some people just have no awareness whatsoever.
Haha that’s great. Thank you. No it’s just a hobby. I do have a background in graphic design and a huge interest in technology and computers and I guess I’ve just married the two into a hobby.
Ok this truly made me lol
Am I just not far enough in the game yet or did I miss something? Who is Us?
I will say it definitely has brought up my interest again. My ex used to play and I’ve watched some people play before, but I just feel like I’d have a hard time. I think it’s just my insecurity of needing to be good at things and I feel like I’d be bad at playing. Feels like the pressure would get to me to think of good ideas and such.
Love this post. I’ll pin it for more visibility. And once you get a good list, I can add to the sidebar. Oh, I’d also put each link on a new line, just to make it easier to read. It looks one long link in each section, currently. Or like you said, I can make a post later and organize it if you want too.

Dan Murrell on YouTube. I find I’m in agreement with his reviews most of the time.
The Filmcast podcast is the only one I listen to regularly these days.
