Holy frickin crap. He’s really speed running the elimination of the judiciary. A republican run judiciary that said theyt’d give him whatever he wanted, no less. I’d say congress is next but it wont take much of an effort. At worst he’ll get a clapback from pelosi. I’d bet real money that the filibuster is removed in the next two weeks.

You forgot the press conference slow reading of a statement from Schumer who takes his glasses off at the end to drive his point home.

Yea, Schumers legacy is supporting zionism and messing with his glasses-- and not much else. If you read his wikipedia page theres pretty much zero in terms of leadership for any notable cause that could be cited as an accomplishment. He warms a chair and very occassionally joins other peoples causes.

Form his wikipedia: “Schumer’s propensity for publicity is the subject of a running joke among many commentators. He has been called an “incorrigible publicity hound”.[35] Bob Dole once quipped, “the most dangerous place in Washington is between Charles Schumer and a television camera”;[36] Barack Obama joked that Schumer brought the press to a banquet as his “loved ones”.[37][38][39][40] Schumer often schedules media appearances on Sundays. Some have cited his use of media as a successful way to raise a politician’s profile nationally and among his constituents.[41] Schumer has appeared on The Daily Show seven times.[42]”

Classic centrist. No accomplishments, gloryhounding off the work of his betters, and taking up space that could be used by someone with a spine to do some actual good. And, geriatric and elected to a leadership position for some reason. I’d be curious as to where he thinks he’s “leading” the dems to.

The Justice Department is part of the Executive Branch.

The judiciary, aka the courts, is part of the Judicial Branch.

The Justice Department is prosecutors, not the judge.
